This fruit box is specially designed for fresh products that require a deeper interior than shallow trays. The box has sufficient depth, suitable for mixed fruit gift boxes, nuts, citrus, leafy vegetables, and other fresh products that need sidewall protection and larger storage space.

It is available in two basic styles: octagonal and rectangular; size, capacity, ventilation holes, paper substrate, coating, printing, and supporting accessories can all be custom developed according to the characteristics of the customer's fruit products and packaging process requirements.

Heightened and reinforced box walls deliver larger loading space for oversized agricultural products and mixed fresh fruits.

Supports lid closure or heat-sealed film without extensive equipment modifications, sealing speed matches plastic packaging.

Optimizes air circulation to reduce internal condensation and mitigate moisture-related spoilage risks.

4. Matching Dividers and Accessories

Custom dividers separate fragile or mixed-produce items; absorbent pads and outer cartons can be supplied on request.

5. Multiple Coating Materials Available

Primarily kraft-paper base, with cup paper and coated-paper options. PE, PLA, PHA and water-based coatings are available to meet different project requirements.

Compatible with current lines. Top-sealing speed and outer dimensions match plastic versions. Only bottom sizes need minor adjustment due to paper thermoforming differences.

Yes. Standard PE delivers superior water-resistance; PLA / water-based coatings support higher-grade recycling requirements per your demands.

Q3: When should I pick deep-side fruit boxes over shallow trays?

Choose deep-side boxes for higher loading height and better side-impact protection. Shallow trays work better for flat supermarket retail display.

Q4: Can box depth and capacity be adjusted?

Yes. Length, width, height and capacity are customizable according to your goods, filling, sealing and transport conditions.

Q6: What is the delivery time?

In-stock items ship within 3 working days. Orders using existing molds take 15-30 working days after payment. New custom‑mold projects require 40-60 working days, subject to structure, material, printing, sample approval and production schedule.
