The tray supports two types of freshness-locking technologies: MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) replaces air with protective gas to inhibit bacteria and extend the shelf life of food, and VSP (Vacuum Skin Packaging) adheres thin film tightly to the food, highlighting its texture and appearance and enhancing product value. This tray is compatible with both manual sealing and automated production lines, and most existing plastic packaging equipment can work with it directly, significantly reducing production line modification costs. Pick laminated integration for stable sealing in high-speed, mass-continuous production. Choose peelable coated film for markets requiring packaging separation and material sorting for recycling.

Q2: What is the difference between paper-based MAP trays and VSP skin trays?

MAP trays preserve freshness by flushing mixed protective gas inside the tray. VSP vacuum skin trays use film tightly stuck to products with no mixed gas. Their production lines and sealing films cannot be swapped.
